Ben, Frankie & PJ - all slept well again last night. No storms :) Ben pooped on the walk 2x this morning... he used both bags that I'd brought along! Sam and Riley- they were very happy to go outside this morning and even happier when they got their breakfast!
Jay & Chloe - Jay was happiest when I was playing ball with her and Chloe was happy when she got her breakfast.
Basil - will see him shortly... might not update the blog til Monday though.
Tank - Hank said that after their walk last night, Tank brought his rope toy up to him. He was ready to play tug-a-war!

Ben, Frankie & PJ - We had a thunderstorm last night and one clap of thunder scared Frankie. She had been laying down and hopped right up but after that she was fine. Luckily it didn't last very long. I was told that my dogs went into my closet during the storm. :)
Tank - sound like anyone you know? I was told he snores like a sailor!! LOL!! He was very polite and shared his bed though!
Jay & Chloe - I threw the ball some more for Jay this morning and Chloe was very happy when I came inside and fed her breakfast!
Sam and Riley - They appeared to have slept well last night and they thought I smelled really good this morning. Perhaps they smelled Ben, Frankie, and PJ. I let them out to pee and then they rushed in to devour breakfast. We went back outside after that.
Basil - I brushed Basil some more this morning. He loves it!! He'd eaten most of his food from yesterday, he'd left a little bit of wet and dry.

Basil - We had such a nice visit. Basil had eaten most of his food so I gave him another can of wet and a scoop of dry. His water bowl was plenty full too. I spent a lot of him petting him and then we played with the multi-colored string. I spritzed his stuffed mouse just before I left.
Jay and Chloe - Jay was ready to play this morning and because it rained last night, I had to wipe her paws off before we went into the house. Thanks for the leaving the paw towel out for me! Note to self: when wiping Jay's paws, she likes to give kisses. After she has been playing ball, her mouth tends to be a bit icky from the dirt, etc that gets on the ball. LOL! :)
Duke - Laura's note: he is such a sweet dog to care for. He was looking out the window waiting for me this morning. He is so good on the leash and curious about all the sights, sounds and smells. I love how his little nub of a tail just wags and wags! Everyone seems to know him. I always get asked, "Is that Duke?" He sure lets the big dogs know who the boss is on our walks. He is still eating very well and waits for his treat after our walks.

Jay & Chloe - Jay and Chloe are doing just fine. I fed them last night and this morning and of course, I played ball with Jay!
Biscuit - we went for our walk this morning and I fed him and put some ice cubes in his water!

Eli, Peyton & Chaos - thank goodness you live closeby. My garage door won't open so my car is stuck. I walked to your house this morning. Everyone is doing just fine but I know they'll be very happy to see you. They've been eating a lot while you've been gone. The food bowl was empty again this morning when I got there. Biscuit - I will see him a little later this morning (see above note about garage door not working!) After walking to see E, P & C who are inside dogs, I'm going to wait to see Biscuit once I can get my car out since he is outside already.
Duke: Here is what Laura wrote earlier in the week. Duke is eating his regular food now but this is kind of funny: Duke has chosen to be on a "Beggin Strips" diet right now. He is not really interested in regular food, just junk food. I don't blame him :) He is even being choosy with his treats! It has to be Beggin Strips. Other than not eating a lot, he seems to be doing well.

Eli, Peyton and Chaos - I think Eli and Peyton were still sleepy this morning (it was early!) After they peed, they were content to just stand around and sniff in the yard. No game of chase like last night!
Max and Genny - They both ate their breakfast and their medicine and then they wanted to go outside and hang out in the yard. Genny didn't want to come inside. I grabbed her leash and got her to come in that way. I tried the pooper scooper last night and she didn't like that. She bared her teeth at me.
Biscuit - We had a nice walk this morning. He did lots of sniffing and peeing and he pooped too. I cleaned out his water bowl, put in some ice cubes and I fed him before I left. He didn't want me to leave today.... it made me sad.
Duke - Duke has had a big change in his appetite the last 24 hours and is finally eating his wet and dry food. He gobbled up the wet food before we went on our walk tonight and ate everything I left when I was there the night before.
