the dog walker on Sunday 6/5
Sib - Sib had eaten most of his dinner from last night and his water bowl was almost empty. He's been thirsty. When I was there last night I walked him up and down the driveway just to ensure he would pee and he did! I put him outside this morning and I filled 2 water bowls for him. I turned the fan on too (it wasn't on when I got there yesterday but I figured you'd want it on for him.) His feeder had only dropped a little bit of food last night (I'm not sure if you have it set to drop in the pm or not since I'm feeding him in the house.) I gave him a bone before I left too. He seems to be doing just fine!
Lincoln - here is Shannon's note: Lincoln is just so handsome!! He's doing amazing with his new collar, it has completely transformed our walks! :o) He's eating and taking his 2 pills just fine~ loving to be outdoors, as always! We're great buddies and I think he's happy. :) Winters & Nixon - since you'll be home soon, I'm not certain if Laura will email before she goes to church or not.... so sorry. You might read her notes before I have anything posted. :)
the dog walker on Saturday 6/4
Winters & Nixon - here is Laura's note: Even though it is quite warm out Winters, Nixon and I were able to spend some time out back. We played a little bit of fetch, not too much because of the heat, and grazed on grass (well, they did, I didn't). Nixon wanted to stay by my side for most of the time which I certainly didn't mind. :) Winters seemed to be happy lounging around in the grass gnawing on his tennis ball.
haha.... Laura's clarification on who exactly was eating the grass really made me LOL! Thanks for the laugh Laura!!
Sib - Sib greeted me when I opened the door with his cute little face. I forgot my camera... I'll be sure to get some pictures though. I let him in the house and gave him some fresh water.
Hadley & Ollie - They came right in the house and I gave them some lovin'. Of course as I was writing you a note at the house, Ollie was jumping on the backdoor ready to do outside and play ball!
Lincoln - I talked to Shannon briefly after her midday visit. She said Lincoln was doing just fine and that she loved on him after they went outside. She said she'd forgotten how cute he is. :)
Homer and Easter - it was so nice outside yesterday, Homer and Easter got to stay outside from dinner until bedtime. I'll bet they loved it!
the dog walker on Tues 5/31
Sadie and Zack - they were behind the baby gate when I went in this morning and they were both "talking" to me as I came in. They were ready to go outside so I let them back out right away and they both peed. I fed them. Sadie ate but Zack didn't. I did give them a few treats and of course Zack gladly ate those. Have you tried switching his food? Maybe he's decided he doesn't like it anymore. Yvonne left a note that he did gobble it down last night but I don't think he'd eaten all day so he probably was hungry. We stayed in the yard and Sadie got to say hello to your neighbor and their little white dog. I checked the downstairs and there weren't any accidents. I fed the hermit crab and re-wet his sponges. I could hear him moving around on the rocks as I was getting ready to leave.

Sprinkles & Lo - here is Shannon's note from this morning's visit: They are very well today, loving breakfast and some sunshine :-) we played with some inside toys out on the porch too! All is well!
Sadie & Zack - They greeted me at the door this morning. The baby gate was knocked down again. I let them out back and looked for accidents in the house but I didn't see any. Zack went outside and pooped and peed. Sadie just wanted to eat breakfast. She did eventually pee too. Zack didn't eat his breakfast though. I did give him several treats and Sadie got a couple too. We hung out in the backyard the whole visit.... Zack did lots of exploring and Sadie just wanted me to rub her head!

Cosmo - Cosmo was sleeping near the ac vent when I came in this morning. I don't blame him. After our walk, I'm guessing he might want to go back to the same spot. It is really humid this morning. I fed him breakfast and then we walked. A few neighbors had been out walking their dogs before us so he had lots of sniffing to do. Tiger Lily - I think Tiger Lily threw a party last night at your house! Her kitty food was all over the carpet and her water bowl was right side up but empty. She either drank it all or spilled it and I think it may have been spilled. She had some party last night!! :) I refilled her water and food, scooped her box and gave her the medicine. I got it all in too.
Sadie and Zack - Yvonne is doing all the visits today and I don't have an update from her yet (it's only 8am right now.) She texted me last night and said that they'd knocked one of the baby gates down. I'm not sure which one but she didn't see any accidents. Zack ate all of his dinner last night when she gave it to him too. sunday note from yvonne: The dogs were happy to see me today! They ate breakfast but Zack didn't eat his dinner but hopefully he will later tonight. They both peed and pooped too. For the afternoon visit, they'd knocked the gate down again. I took care of the hermit crab this morning too. i noticed that he rearranged all his shells this afternoon so I guess he didn't like my decorating his house :)
Lo and Sprinkles -Great visit with Lo and Sprinkles today! They both let me give them tons of snuggly kitten love! Breakfast al fresco again and then Lo gave herself a bath :-) All is well!

Zack and Sadie - Yvonne went by last night and said they were happy to see her and all was well. She was doing the breakfast visit today so I'll post again (with pictures hopefully) once I see them for the dinner visit today. Today for the dinner visit, Sadie snarfed down her food :) but Zack didn't eat his. I tried 2 different times and he turned his nose up at it. (I put water on it and zapped it in the microwave too.) He did eat several treats. We spent some time outside but they seemed to prefer to be indoors and they definitely just wanted to be wherever I was... Yvonne said the same thing about her visit. She knows that Zack didn't eat so she's going to see if he'll eat tonight.
Cosmo - We went for a nice walk last night. He was acting pretty spry while we were out and he peed a zillion times! This morning I walked in, got his food ready, was going to feed the fish but didn't see the food so I took a walk through the house to look for the fish food (perhaps in one of the kid's rooms) and to look for potty accidents. No fish food :( No potty accidents :) By this time, I figured I needed to go and wake Cosmo up and sure enough he was looking pretty comfy in his bed!! It was pretty early and I think Cosmo must've known it was Saturday and he could sleep in! He ate his breakfast and we went for a walk. As I was leaving, I thought to look in one of the kitchen cabinets and lo and behold, there was the fish food!
Lo & Sprinkles - Here is Shannon's note: Sprinkles and Lo enjoyed their breakfast on the screened porch again today! They love listening to the birds as they eat...sprinkles keeps up the pace while Lo gets some lovin'! All is well :-)
