pet sitting on Tuesday 7/3

Nas - this morning when I got there, the dish that I put his wet food on was turned upside down.  I would've liked to have seen what happened! :)  All the food has been gone each visit but he's always had plenty of water in the bowl still. Sparky... just hangin out

Sparky - It seems hotter to me today.  It's just after 1pm now as I'm typing this.  I just ran over and put her inside for the afternoon.  It's just hot!  She seemed okay with being in too.  She went and laid down in her crate and didn't even race me for the door when I left. :)

4 lb Bella is a yorkie / maltese mix. A morkie?? Bella, Louie and Gracie - they are doing just great.  I finally got a good picture of Bella. :)  Gracie is crazy ... it is really hot and she just wants to lay in the sunshine!

Nas is always happy (and quiet haha!) as soon as I feed him!

Nas - I saw the boyfriend for the first time today.  Nas has been around every visit too... he is quite the talker!

Sparky - It was thundering last night so she did not want to be outside when I stopped over to let her out.  She seemed very happy when we went in.  It didn't really storm too much but it did rain so the garden got a good soaking!

the pet sitter on Sunday 7/1

I still haven't had time to try to fix the pictures.... will hopefully get a chance tomorrow morning.  So sorry.  The blog is MUCH cuter with pictures!!  I did fix it... amazing what logging out of photobucket on my phone and logging back in will do.  Pics below! Sparky - she is just fine.  I was surprised to see her outside when I got there yesterday afternoon but she seemed happy.  I put her in the house and as I was leaving, she acted like she wanted to go back out.  Crazy dog!  (I left her in the house.)  I went back around 8pm and put her outside.  I was pet sitting really close by just after 9pm so I went back over then and put her back in the house.  At least she got about an hour or so outside. :)

Lucky, Rocky, Maddie & Cotton - the cats came out last night when I got there and acted like they wanted me to feed them.  I think they must associate me with meal time!  I didn't feed them this time though.  I let the dogs out back.

Frankie & Georgie - last night we ran into 2 of your neighbors: brothers who were out walking a chocolate lab.  They definitely knew your dogs!  They were super sweet and said to tell you hello.  Our visits outside yesterday were shorter.  It was so hot!  We took a long walk this morning when it was not as hot!

Bella, Gracie & Louie - I think Louie likes Bella.  They were playing some this morning.  Gracie was playing with the tennis ball some yesterday afternoon too.  There was a potty and poop accident this morning on the wood floor.  It was easy to clean up!

Simba - We've limited our walks during the heat of the day but we did take a nice one this morning.  I'm making certain we stay outside long enough for him to pee and poop but then we've been spending some time indoors.  He likes those bones you left out! :)

Nas - every visit he has greeted me at the back door.  No boyfriend sightings yet. :)

pet sitting on Saturday 6/30

For some reason, I can't download my pictures from my phone to photobucket.com.  I probably need to reload the application but I don't have time right this minute so I can't post pictures.  Ugh!!  Other than that, all is well although the heat today is going to be unreal. Nas - he greeted me at the back door this morning and he was really talking!  I fed him (and took a picture of him eating) and I gave him fresh water.  I probably should've put ice cubes in it!

Bella, Gracie and Louie - they're all just great.  They bark up a storm when I come in now.  Bella is even barking.  At first she wasn't.  They have been enjoying just hanging out in the yard and Bella has been playing with the tennis ball. (I have really cute picture of her too!)

Simba - He is loving his walks and has been taking care of all of his business outside!  No accidents in the house... fingers crossed.  He's gobbling down his food and I gave him 1/2 a pill too.  That's great that his dosage has been decreased. :)

Scout - the big ole' guy was on your bed this morning.  I've got it down now.... sliding him over to the bed's edge and then he can get down himself.  He has peed and pooped for me every visit too.  He actually got an extra visit yesterday afternoon.  I was literally driving by your house around 3:30 so I popped in and let him out. :)

Frankie, Georgie & Sparky - I won't update until tomorrow since I"ve not seen them yet today.  (It is Saturday morning.)

pet sitting on Friday 6/29

Holly & Tibby Whiskers - Holly has been enjoying her walks.  This morning, she decided to roll around in your neighbor's yard and they'd just watered the lawn.  I didn't realize it right away so her head got a little wet!  She looked like she enjoyed it though!!  I've been giving Tibby her medicine and she's been eating and using her box too.  I've been scooping it for her! Scout -he's been greeting me at the door when I come in.  He's eating well and every time I fill up his water bowl, he has to take a drink and I have discovered that he's a dribbler.  I had on flip flops last night and my feet got wet!!

Bella, Louie and Gracie - they're all doing just great.  I caught Louie and Gracie sleeping on the sofas yesterday when I walked up.  When they saw me, then they started to bark.  Bella is doing just great too.  Yesterday she chased after the tennis ball.  She is a cutie!!
