Molly - I found out recently that 12 yr old Molly died on Friday 8/10. She will forever be loved and missed by her family. I will miss seeing her being walked by her mom and dad.

We found out Monday 8/13 that Buddy our black lab has cancer. It's a type of skin cancer called mesenchymal neoplasm. He will have the 2 tumors removed tomorrow. I hate this for him but the prognosis is good for him once the tumors are removed. We love you little guy and we'll be with you every step of the way on your road to recovery.

I love mornings like this. (Although my dogs would prefer that it wasn't thundering! It's not the loud thunder and crack of lightning.... just some rumbling.) When I walked my dogs, it wasn't raining and Buddy my black lab was happy about that! By the time I got to Hadley and Ollie's house, it had started to sprinkle.
Hadley & Ollie - I tossed the ball for Ollie a few times and Hadley sniffed around the yard. I brought them in and fed them breakfast. They were great both visits yesterday too. I even left the tv on for them for awhile!
Scout - Scout doesn't mind the rain or the thunder! It was definitely raining by the time I got to your house. Scout went out for a quick potty break and then we came back in. We hung out in the house for awhile, I fed him breakfast (he'd eaten all of his dinner from last night) and I gave him his meds. We went back outside again before we left and he peed again and he pooped. He should be good to go until you get home!

Maisy & Gracie - They are both fine but I think Gracie is drinking quite a bit of water. I'm not sure why. She seems to be feeling fine and she is eating well. Last night she drank out of the water bowl a couple of times while I was there and I've had to refill the bowl every visit as I can tell she's been drinking out of it. It's never been empty but definitely been drunk out of. Scout - he's great too! Both visits he has been on the bed and I have figured out how to get him down pretty easily. He likes carrying your shoe out into the yard too. Silly guy!!

Lucy and Rose - Lucy has had company lately when I've been to see her. I've had the pleasure of walking Lucy and Rose together. They're lots of fun and I think they have fun together too!

Maisy & Gracie - I had my phone out yesterday while I was at your house and Maisy laid down on the floor in front of me. I think her look says: "I am a happy dog!" She certainly is smiling! I realized as I had my phone out that she was frightened at all so I changed to camera mode and snapped her pic. It didn't phase her at all. :) You can see the pumpkin in the picture. We'd been playing with it. I'm so happy that she is doing so well. Now this morning, I had coffee with me in a airtight container and it started to make a sound as the air was trying to release out and that scared her. I opened the lid so it wouldn't do that anymore! Gracie is doing well too.
Lola and Otis - they were just great yesterday. Had to post this pic of Lola.
