We had a nice run this morning. We warmed up with a slower pace and then ran a little faster (still slow by most standards I'm sure!) on the back half of the run. He was great as always and just trotted right along beside me. We had a nice breeze blowing in our faces on the 2nd half of the run which was really nice b/c it was humid! I'll think about you tomorrow morning.... wondering if you're in heaven out running with him again. I will miss him so please don't hesitate to call me again.
