One of my neighbors asked me this morning if I forgot someone. I was getting ready to run with Buddy and Sam wasn't with us. Sam seems to understand now that he isn't being left and that I WILL come back and get him to dog walk with him. I bought some new running shoes yesterday at Charlotte Running Company. I highly recommend them, btw. They do a great job of helping you find a shoe that is a good fit for your foot. They felt really good although I don't think they made me run any faster :) LOL
