Cat Sitting and Dog Walking on Monday 1/11/10

I missed the shot of Murphy and Madison looking right at each other. It wouldve been pretty cute. Madison & Murphy - they were doing just fine this morning but I had to add more water to the feeder.  It was making noise when I came in.  They'd eaten all of the food that was in their bowls too (although there was still plenty of food in the feeder.)  I pet them both a lot and at one point Murphy just sprawled out on his side and stretched.  He looked pretty happy.

Maggie - Maggie enjoyed both of her walks today.  She got a little crazy on the morning walk and tried racing around (but she was pretty limited with her 6 foot leash :)  )

Brady & Ferguson - They both were really interested in eating everything today.  They tried for the mulch, digging stuff up in the grass (digging with their mouths not their paws) and anything that blew by in the wind.  They of course rolled around in the grass too.

Louis & Sunny - It was definitely warmer today and they both seem to enjoy being outside more.  They barked at the workers building the house too.  They showed them who was the boss!

Max - Max was snoozing on his side when I walked in.  He got up and we went outside so he could pee.

Cleo thinks something in my bag smells REALLY good!

Cleo - Cleo was excited to see me today.  She peed a couple of times and pooped outside.

Cat Sitting and Dog Walking on Sunday 1/10/10

Madison & Murphy - ahhh.... I wish I would've had my camera.  They were playing with each other and it was pretty funny.  Murphy was laying on his side and Madison was sitting just with "paws reach" of him and they'd box with each other.  I was laughing.  I pet them both (what is it with tan/yellow colored pets shedding this time of year??)  Our yellow lab Sam is really shedding and Murphy is too!  Murphy got the full body massage and Murphy seemed to like having the side of his face rubbed.  They're doing just fine! Hero - Even though he is a little guy (smaller than the 2 cats I saw today :) ) he really doesn't mind the cold too much.  I don't think he'd want to be an outside dog by any means but he does enjoy running around and sniffing!  I just let him go where he wants to and let him head towards the house when he is ready.

Pet Sitting on Fri 1/8/10

Amos, Annabelle, Brutus, Maxine, and Eenie - They were all doing just fine this morning.  Amos and I think it was Eenie (although maybe it was Brutus) were looking out the window when I drove up this morning.  They were pretty cute.  Everyone ate although there was a little more food left this morning than yesterday.  Amos, Brutus and Maxine played.  Maxine played more today than she ever has with me before.  She was running after the toy... I think she will be a little tired!  Annabelle didn't seem as interested in going outside this morning. Maggie - Maggie enjoyed her 2 walks today.  Someone just told me the wind chill made it seem like 20 degrees outside.  She didn't seem to mind.

Max - Max was sleeping pretty good today but we went outside and he peed.

Brady & Ferguson - the boys and I walked around the circle.  They played and chased after each other a lot.

Louis & Sunny - Sunny really didn't like the cold today but Louis didn't seem to mind.  I carried Sunny a couple of times and Louis just ran ahead of us.  They both peed and pooped today.

Dog Walking and Cat Sitting on Thurs 1/7/10

Annabelle, Amos, Brutus, Eenie, Maxine - Everyone ate this morning while I cleaned out the litter boxes.  When I came back in the kitchen, they'd eaten quite a bit but I scraped what was left onto one plate and rinsed off the others.  I grabbed a toy and Brutus came running.  He is pretty funny although I don't think the toy I had was his favorite.  Maxine seemed to like it though.  I switched toys (I grabbed one with the feathers hanging off the end) and that got Brutus going.  Maxine, Brutus AND Amos played today!!  Annabelle wanted to go outside again but I didn't let her out.  It is still soooo cold. Maggie - Maggie doesn't seem to be phased by the cold at all.  Today we strolled through the neighborhood and enjoyed sniffing all of the Christmas trees that are laying by the curb.  She got to see the kids off the school bus on the 2nd visit!

Max - Max was sprawled out on his side sleeping today.  He got up and we went outside so he could take care of his business which of course, he did!

Louis & Sunny - They both were ready to go outside and Louis was ready for a walk.  Sunny wasn't so much so I picked him up as you suggested and carried him for a little ways.  That worked and he seemed content to walk at that point.  They both peed several times and Sunny pooped.

Keagan has a really serious look on his face but he is really ALL puppy!!

Keagan - omg,... what a cutie.  He wasn't up for much of a walk though.  He'd just sit down or roll over on his back.  We stayed outside for about 10-15 minutes and we played upstairs in his room the rest of the time.

Dog Walking and Cat Sitting on Wed 1/6/2010

All 5 kitties are enjoying their breakfast! Eenie, Maxine, Brutus, Amos and Maxine - I was greeted by all 5 cats when I came in and based upon this picture, I think they were ready for breakfast (it was about 8:25am when I got there.)  I'd not seen all 5 of them this close together before, last time Ennie and Amos were a little more shy.  Annabelle wanted to go outside but I didn't let her out.  It was 25 degrees.  Her cute little face was looking out the sliding glass door when I left.

Maggie - We had a nice leisurely walk this morning.  She did some sniffing and she peed 2x.

Brady & Fergie - They both peed and pooped today and then they sat down to watch the guys working on the house next door.  Brady didn't bark at them.... I was surprised.  It's a good thing they're so darn cute, otherwise their staring could be embarassing!!  :)

I had a hard time getting a picture of Trouble. He didnt stay in one place long enough to get a decent picture!!

This is where Sassy typically is when I walk in the front door.

Sassy & Trouble - I think Trouble is going to be glued to you when you get home.  They both seem to be just fine (they are definitely using their box :) ) but I know they missed you!

Max - Max got up and down the stairs to go outside pretty easily today.  Usually he kind of stops and looks at them... today he went right down.

Cleo - I'm so sorry Miss Cleo had to have some tests run yesterday.  It was great seeing her today and she seemed just fine with me.  I gave her lots of belly rubs and I got kisses in return.  She did limp a couple of times on the walk (and at that point I turned her around and we came home.)
