Dog walking on Saturday Jan 23

Wow, it is already Jan 23.  Where does time go? Hero - Hero and I took a nice walk this morning but I think he was cold.  He could've used a sweater and a coat on today :)  He took care of all of his business though but then he was ready to come back inside where it is nice and warm!

Diesel & Madden - they were happy to see me today.  We went for a walk and both peed but neither pooped.  I gave them lunch and they were happy about that too!

Grace - She peed several times during the walk but she didn't poop.  I got her canned food out of the fridge and I opened her anitbiotic and mixed it up in the food.  She did gooble it down.  She'd eaten all of her dry food so I refilled her food and she has plenty of fresh water.  We played a little bit with her rabbit too.

It has quit raining but it is colder than I thought is was supposed to be. Brady & Ferguson - I was cold so we ran :)  I needed to warm up and I wanted to keep them out of the grass so we ran halfway around the circle.  The grass was so muddy after they pooped I kept them on the pavement.  They got to say hi to one of the workers, twice.  They were pretty happy!

Sunny & Louis - I put their sweaters on them and we walked outside of the gate again.  I carried Sunny part of the time b/c he was just quivering but Louis seemed just fine.  We walked quite a ways and both of them took care of their business.

Max - Max stood outside and did some sniffing today after he peed.

Paris, Daisy, Deja and Marley - Bless Paris' heart.  I think she is in some pain.  I did get her to go outside but not until the end of my visit (I left you a long note at home.)  She didn't want to come down the stairs when I first got there so I read your note and put her in your bedroom.  I walked everyone else:  they all peed and pooped.  Marley pooped 3 times!  I fed them dinner and then I let Paris out.  She did come downstairs and we went in the yard.  She followed me around some (I was trying to get her to walk a little bit so she would pee/poop and she did follow me some but she was really limping.  I'm not sure if she did anything outside.  I know she didn't poop.  Bless her heart.  I feel really bad for her.

Sunny and Louis weren't too thrilled about being outside and unfortunately my timing was horrible.  It was raining really hard.  I took them outside the gates (I carried both them all the way out there) and we walked away from your house.  I figured as long as we were getting soaked, they needed to take care of all of their business.  Louis had peed and pooped on his potty pad so I didn't figure he'd poop outside.  They both did pee outside. Max - It wasn't raining as hard when I took Max outside but once he peed, he was ready to come back in too.

Brady & Ferguson - the boys got to say hi to several people today so of course they enjoyed their time outside! Sunny & Louis - they both did a lot of barking today:  at the guys building the house, at the lawn service people and at the UPS woman.  They were being watchdogs!  They both pooped too.

Max - Max went outside and peed.  He did a little sniffing.  I told him he needed to enjoy it today b/c it's supposed to rain tomorrow.

Cleo - Cleo walked to the park and back today.  She rolled around on her back 2x, peed at least 2x and she pooped too!  I noticed she got a haircut too.

Diesel and Madden - both boys peed too many times to count!  Diesel was definitely ready to go outside when I got there b/c he peed as soon as he got outside.

Dog Walking on Tues Jan 19

Brady & Ferguson had a play date.  I think they all would've had a really good time if we could've gotten rid of the leashes.  Ferguson didn't pay as much attention to Keagan and none of them were really into taking a walk.  (not that any of us were surprised by that!)  I thought they would've played a little more but they actually laid down a lot, sniffed each other and attempted to play some.

Sunny & Louis - we went for a nice walk today.  It was just beautiful outside.  Sunny was squinting at one point!  He pooped but Louis didn't today.

Lucy - I saw something today on my walk with Lucy that I've never seen before.... and I'm kind of wishing that I hadn't seen it.  A very large bird (perhaps a hawk) flying across the street in front of us with a squirrel in its claws.  Ewww!  I know it's nature and all but I just don't want to see it.   Lucy and I have been taking the same route lately and she knows it.  She starts to turn down the right streets everytime.  She's smart!

Max - Max stayed outside for a long time today... I think he enjoyed the nice weather too!

Cleo - Cleo and I walked to the park and back.  She did roll around in the grass twice on the way... and then she is covered in grass when she gets up.  I tried to get it out of her fur!

Dog walking on Monday Jan 18

Brady & Ferguson - they (mainly Fergie again) wasn't up for walking much today (kind of like yesterday.)  He wanted to roll around in the grass, try to eat stuff or just sit and watch whatever was going on.  One of them (I haven't paid attention yet to which one) has developed a fascination with birds and it's pretty funny.  They did get to see your neighbor and she said hi to them.  That made them happy!! Louis & Sunny - I put Sunny's coat on him although I could've gone for his sweater I think.  I didn't put a coat on Louis.  They found a tennis ball today and enjoyed playing keep away (from each other) with it.  I didn't think I was going to get Louis away from it but he got distracted by someone who came outside.  That person became more interesting than the tennis ball.  They both pooped too.
