Dog walking dogs in sweaters on Wed 4/14
George & Alex - the boys shivered today when we were outside... it is chilly! We walked long enough for everybody to take care of their business but then I turned them around and we played inside.
Bubba - Bubba had been sleeping in the cedar chips... they were all in his fur when he greeted me this morning!
Brady & Ferguson - the boys and I had a long walk today. They did really well walking nicely on the leash!
Max - Max was a little slow to get up today but he did and we went outside so he could take care of his business!
Cleo - I thought for sure Ms Cleo would be ready to for a walk today with these cooler temps. Nope, I was wrong. She was very content to lay in your neighbor's yard. :)
dog walking on Tues 4/13
Bubba - Bubba and I hung out for awhile this morning. We played a game of chase (I'm sure if anyone was watching they'd think I was crazy) and then I rubbed him on his chest. He just loves it! I gave him fresh water too!

Alex & George - The boys got to meet the mailman today. Alex barked of course and George was a perfect gentleman. Kids!!
Lucy - Lucy and I had a nice walk around the neighborhood! She was ready to go... and I enjoyed stretching my legs!
Brady & Ferguson - the boys were content to hang out in the shade again today for awhile. We walked too!
Max - Max was stretched out when I came in today. He did outside and he stayed outside in the shade for longer than he typically does.

Steve - Steve enjoyed his time outside but he liked being inside laying on the rug and chewing on his bone too.
Dog walking on Monday 4/12
Cute pictures of Bubba, Alex & George.... I will post them tomorrow. I'm running late to meet a friend for her birthday. :) Bubba - I got to hang out with Bubba for awhile this morning. He was funny... I fed him and I could just see the wheels in his head turning. He wanted to eat but he didn't want to leave me... he was debating which was more important: my company or his breakfast. He did finally eat - I assured him I'd still be there when he was done! 2nd visit - we played a game of chase tonight. I'd run and stop and he'd come running for me. He'd do his little dance too. I also rubbed him on his neck/chest. He'd just point his nose up in the air... he' loved it!
Alex & George - Alex was just prancing along in front of George and me on our walk this morning. He was pretty funny! 2nd visit: George got hot on the 2nd walk today... his little tongue was hanging out of his mouth!
Brady & Ferguson - the boys went outside and peed and then they both plopped down in the shade, so I did too! It felt nice. Fergie was being really affectionate - I got a ton of kisses from him.
Max - Max woke up long enough to go outside and pee! I was just looking at my records for him and I can't believe he is 18 this month. Wow!! Happy Birthday Max!
Dusty - Dusty was given his medicine and dinner...he's a happy boy!
Dog walking on Sunday 4/11
Sweetie - she was ready to go outside this morning. After she peed she wanted to eat grass though. Chester & Bailey - After they peed and ate breakfast, we went for a walk. Bailey wanted to chase the squirrels while Chester pretty much ignored them!
Bubba - I changed out Bubba's water bowls this morning while he ate his breakfast.
Dog walking, cat sitting and laughing on Saturday 4/10
hahahahaha! Sweetie - If only I'd had my camera with me. We were walking around the block and there was a sign for an open house with balloons attached to it in a yard. Sweetie DID NOT know what to think of the balloons. She approached cautiously then backed away several times. (of course, they're blowing around in the breeze) She was interested but very cautious. I laughed at her crouching, leaning towards them and then jumping back when they moved. It was funny! She's been doing just great all visits! She made me laugh again as I was getting ready to leave: she was drinking water. I actually turned around to look at her to make certain she didn't have her paws in the bowl making all that noise.... she didn't, it was just her getting a good drink. haha!

Chester & Bailey - Last night Shannon took them outside and even threw the ball a few times for Bailey! They were both ready to go outside when I got there this morning. Then I fed them and then we went for a walk. 2nd visit: I had a little bit of work to do so I plopped down at the table outside and threw the ball for Bailey. I was there for about 45 minutes and both of them got a chance to be outside for awhile. (although I think Chester would've preferred a walk.... next visit!!) 3rd & 4th visits: Chester got his walk on his 3rd visit. They both enjoyed it. I was doing the late night visit so I decided to come over around 8pm. I had a book and I stayed for a couple of hours. I thought they'd both enjoy the company, Bailey would have some extra time out of her crate and otherwise, I would've just sat at home until I came over. I think it worked okay for all of us and I hope that was okay with you.
Baby & Calico - They've got the routine down: Baby meets me on the stairs and Calico is waiting in the bathroom. Calico started eating as soon as I fed them, Baby wanted to be pet :)
Dog walking and Cat sitting on Friday April 9
The blog today is just my vacation clients: Jackson - Jackson was nestled in between a bunch of pillows on the couch when I came in this morning. When I walked up to him, he just stretched and rolled over so I could pet him. He looked really comfy - I was jealous! He'd eaten most of his food again... he just left a few pieces this time!
Sweetie - Sweetie didn't really want to go out in the rain this morning but she did. I tried to get her to go out and 2nd time but she wasn't having it!
Calico and Baby - Baby met me on the stairs again and they were both ready to eat their breakfast once I fed them. I cleaned out their kitty box and gave them fresh water too.
Jacob & Abby - They're doing well and they've gotten their walks in between rain showers! Penny is talking up a storm and making Shannon laugh!
Bubba - Bubba barked at me when I got out of the car but he was giving me kisses before long. He enjoyed his dinner too.
